Your team using AI on real work in two weeks, with your prices, tone and policies written down.
We set up AI for your team, often on software you already pay for, and build an assistant for each task in your plan. An assistant is a set of saved instructions for one task, like replying to enquiries. Your details go into one short document, your rulebook, which the AI reads before every task. Then we show your team how to use it.
What your team can do afterwards
- Answer an enquiry in your tone, with the right prices and policies
- Turn notes from a site visit, or a voice memo, into a quote
- Draft the week's posts or newsletter from what happened
- Turn a meeting into a follow-up email and a to-do list
- Show a new starter how it all works, with a one-page guide
What's included
For up to 25 people: $3,000
- AI accounts, admin and security settings, on the subscription agreed in your plan or the one you already have
- Your rulebook: what you sell and to whom, your prices and where they're kept, your tone and the words you avoid, your policies, what the AI must never share, and who approves what
- Five assistants for the tasks in your plan, each tested on three real examples from your work
- A one-page AI policy for your team
- An hour with us, a short video for each assistant and a one-page guide
- 30 days of fixes
For larger teams: $5,000
- Everything above
- Separate spaces for up to three teams, each with its own permissions
- Connections to your shared drive, Notion and Slack
- A record of how your tools connect, who owns each account and how to get back in if something breaks
How the weeks run
We write your rulebook with you and set up the accounts.
We build the assistants, test them on your real work, and hand everything over.
What we need from you
- Admin access to your AI subscription (you invite us, so no password is shared), or a decision on which one to buy
- Your price list and descriptions of what you sell
- Three to five examples each of emails, quotes or posts you like
- Your policies, such as refunds, terms and opening hours
- One hour for the handover
- For larger teams: one person to look after it, and two people for a 45-minute interview each
What we measure
Without shared assistants and written rules, AI stays a personal habit. A few people use it well, and everyone else uses it like a search engine.
Thirty days after we hand over, we check how many of your team use it each week and how long the tasks in your plan take now, against the numbers we wrote down at the start.
When it's done
We agree these tests before we start:
- You approve your rulebook
- Each assistant passes its three test tasks
- The person who'll look after it builds a new assistant without help during the handover hour
Our guarantee. If something fails one of these tests when we hand it over, we keep working for free until it passes.
Questions about the AI setup.
Today, each person uses it their own way. After the setup, your team shares assistants that already know your prices, tone and policies, and one person looks after them.
Often the one already in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. If that isn't enough, a business subscription costs about $20 to $25 a person a month. The AI plan tells you which, and How we work explains how we choose.
Saved instructions the AI follows for one task, such as replying to enquiries. Your team picks it by name, and the person who looks after it can change it.
It stays in your own accounts, on a business subscription whose terms say your data isn't used to train the AI. Your AI policy tells your team what must never be pasted in, and your rulebook tells the AI what it must never share.
Yes. Each extra assistant is $400, and monthly help includes a new one every month.
Projects that need the AI setup.

We reply within one business day. Tell us which software you use and how many people would use AI, and we'll confirm the price on the call.
