Ask how many enquiries came from Google last week, and get the number with its source.
We connect your AI to your website statistics in Google Analytics, your Google search data in Search Console, your ad accounts and your CRM, where you keep leads and customers. We also write down how your business counts things, such as what counts as a lead. Then anyone on your team can ask a question in plain words. A summary of the numbers that matter arrives every Monday.
27 more than last year. Same weekdays compared, and your own team's visits left out.
The questions your team asks every week.
- How many enquiries did Google ads bring last week, compared with the same week last year?
- What did each enquiry cost us on each channel this month?
- Which pages lost the most visitors from Google in the last four weeks?
- Where do we rank on Google for our main search terms, and who's above us?
- When someone asks an AI chat app for a recommendation in our industry, do we come up?
- Draft this month's report, with every number and where it came from.

How the weeks run
We connect your data, write down how you count things, and check our numbers against the reports you already trust.
The assistants, the ranking tracker and the Monday summary.
Testing with your own questions, then the handover.
What we need from you
- Read access to Google Analytics, Search Console, your ad accounts and your CRM
- The reports you trust today, so we can match the numbers
- The numbers you care about most
- The AI setup, or both at the same time
What we measure
If you pay for tools that track your Google rankings, such as Semrush or Ahrefs, AI reporting can replace part of them. Three common ones (Semrush Pro+, Ahrefs Standard and Ahrefs Brand Radar AI) cost $747 a month together at monthly list prices. AI reporting does the same ranking checks, search-term research and AI chat app checks, using search data that we estimate costs tens of dollars a month for a typical list of search terms. The subscription that connects your analytics, ads and CRM is separate, and we price it before you commit.
The bigger change is time. We measure the hours your team spends on reports each week, before and after.
List prices from Semrush and Ahrefs, checked 12 October 2026.
When it's done
We agree these tests before we start:
- Ten of your questions are answered with the same numbers as the report you trust, within a margin we agree
- The Monday summary arrives correctly in two test runs
- The ranking tracker is filled in
Our guarantee. If something fails one of these tests when we hand it over, we keep working for free until it passes.
Questions about AI reporting.
A dashboard shows the charts someone chose when they built it. AI reporting answers the question you have today and shows where the number came from, so you can check it. If you want a dashboard as well, we can add one on the same numbers.
Yes, which is why every answer shows its source, and why we check ten answers against a report you already trust before we hand over. When it gets something wrong, the fix usually becomes a new line in your rulebook.
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and HubSpot or Salesforce as standard. Most other marketing tools can be added through the same data connection.
Maybe. AI reporting covers rank tracking, keyword research and checks on what AI chat apps say. If your team relies on data about which sites link to you, or technical checks of your website, keep the tool that does those. The cancellation plan says which tools to keep and which to cancel.
The people you give access to. The data stays in accounts in your name.
