What we measure
The plan writes down how many hours each task takes today. Thirty days after the setup, we measure the same tasks again, so you can see what changed.
If all you need is to switch on something you already pay for, the plan says so in writing.
When it's done
We agree these tests before we start:
- Up to five tasks are listed, each with the hours it takes now, an assistant and a cost
- The monthly cost of the AI is written down
- The list of what must never be pasted into AI is written
- For larger teams, every subscription is listed with its cost and renewal date
Our guarantee. If the plan misses one of these tests, we keep working on it for free until it passes.

No. Book a call and we'll quote the setup directly. The plan is for businesses that want to know where AI fits before they spend.
Then it says so in writing, and shows you what to switch on yourselves.
If you start the setup within 60 days of getting the plan, the full fee comes off its price.
Not for teams of up to 25. For larger teams we need read access to a few accounts, and we never change anything in them during the plan.
Everyone who'll use the AI. It takes about ten minutes, and the answers tell us where the hours go.
