These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of optimitor.com (the "Site") and your purchase of services from Optimitor ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each service are described on the relevant service page and confirmed in writing before work begins.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed or active managed plan subscriptions during their current billing period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
We want you to be satisfied with our Services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

To request a refund, email hello@optimitor.com with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns directly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services.
Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on niche complexity, publisher availability, and client responsiveness. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
To deliver Services effectively, we require:
Delays caused by late client approvals or access will extend delivery timelines accordingly.
Upon full payment, you own all content produced for you, including articles, metadata, and schema markup. We retain the right to reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) in case studies and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
We do not work with two clients competing for the same primary keywords in the same geographic market. If a conflict arises after onboarding, we will disclose it and work with both parties to resolve it, which may include transitioning one account with appropriate notice.
All managed plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. This period allows sufficient time for content to index, backlinks to take effect, and AI citations to develop. After the 3-month minimum:
Search engine rankings and AI citations are influenced by many factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, competitor activity, and platform policy changes. While we apply proven methodologies and track measurable outcomes:
In no event shall Optimitor be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, keyword data, analytics access, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of services for a period of 2 years.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a client’s business or requested content violates these standards.
Either party may terminate the service relationship:
Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work product and provide a final report. Unpublished drafts in progress will be delivered as-is.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients and posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
